About Chris Vallier
Chris Vallier is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Palmdale, California. She specializes in psychotherapy for individuals, couples and works with those who want to improve their relationships or focus on helping themselves at each stage of life.
Before going into private practice, Chris worked with the Adult Outpatient Program in the Department of Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has also worked with the Older Adults Outpatient Psychotherapy Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and at The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills. Her volunteer work includes teaching caregiver workshops for the Los Angeles chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and for the Pasadena Wellness Community.
Because Chris is additionally an attorney and California State Bar member, she has also worked with the State Bar of California evaluation committee for lawyers with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders.
Chris’ psychotherapy experience, combined with her legal training and work at the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, DC, gives her a unique ability to listen, hear, and communicate effectively with her clients.
