Chris Vallier is a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in both the Antelope Valley and West Los Angeles, California. She specializes in psychotherapy for individuals, couples, families, and those in the military and their families. She counsels those who want to improve their relationships or focus on helping themselves.
Before going into private practice, Chris worked with the Adult Outpatient Program in the Department of Psychiatry at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. She has also worked with the Older Adults Outpatient Psychotherapy Program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, and at The Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills.
Her volunteer work includes group work for cancer patient caregivers on stress and related issues for the Pasadena Wellness Community and workshops for family caregivers of those with mental illness for the Los Angeles chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).

She also publishes Vitality, an educational and psychologically focused quarterly distributed to medical offices, clinics and health centers. Vitality contains articles about stress, self-care, work, relationships, parenting, depression, anxiety, bereavement and other similar topics.
