Anger Is Neither Good Nor Bad
Anger is a feeling. Feelings are never bad or good – they just are. They tell us something important about ourselves. We should listen and determine what they’re trying to say.
Behavior, on the other hand, can be bad. Anger doesn’t have to result in screaming or violence. It’s important to learn to manage it in a way that helps us achieve what we want.
